Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Café Coffee Day family. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, preparing high-quality beverages/food, and ensuring smooth café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy.
- Prepare and serve beverages & food items as per CCD standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café at all times.
- Handle billing and cash register transactions.
- Assist in stock management and daily café upkeep.
- Support the Café Manager and team in smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (any stream)
- Age: 18–28 years preferred
- Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Regional language).
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts (morning/evening).
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹16,500 per month
