Job Overview: ( with incentives upto 7k)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. The Café Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a seamless operation, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage the café's opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Ensure the café's cleanliness and maintenance meet health and safety standards at all times.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any staff-related issues promptly.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage high standards of service.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring a warm, friendly, and efficient service experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications for café operations.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure staff are trained in emergency protocols.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to attract new customers.
- Engage with the local community and organize events to increase the café’s visibility and reputation.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on social media and online platforms, implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
