Responsibilities:-1. Develop accurate patterns based on technical packs and design specifications.2. Plot and optimize patterns for maximum material efficiency.3. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of patterns into the productionprocess.4. Maintain a library of digital patterns for future use.5. Train team members on CAD tools as required
Expertise Required:1. Proficient in women's wear pattern making (mandatory).2. Hands-on experience with CAD sample pattern creation and plotting.3. Advanced proficiency in Morgan Software or Optitex.4. Experience in handling CAD-based automation tools for efficient pattern generation.
