Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Benefits
Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Create layout drawings and site plans using AutoCAD
- Work closely with engineers and sales teams to prepare project designs
- Modify and update drawings based on client and management feedback
- Ensure drawings are accurate and as per government approvals (DTCP / RERA)
- Maintain and organize CAD files for all projects
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D preferred)
- Knowledge of plot layouts and real estate project drawings
- Understanding of civil engineering basics
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
