Position Overview
We are seeking a Design Engineer with experience in the telecom industry and a strong background in structural and electrical design. This role involves producing detailed drawings and layouts—primarily focusing on integrating internal electrical systems into pre-existing structural plans. Proficiency in BEAM software is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify structural and electrical layout drawings
- Interpret and build upon existing structural drawings to incorporate telecom-specific electrical systems and layouts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements in all design work.
- Provide technical support during project planning and execution phases.
- Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation for efficient project tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in telecom or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in BEAM software (or equivalent BIM/AutoCAD-based platforms).
- Working knowledge of telecom shelter components, equipment, and industry standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
