Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and group mentoring sessions covering all CA exam subjects and syllabus areas.
- Develop customized study plans tailored to each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adapt study strategies as needed.
- Guide students in exam preparation techniques, time management, and effective study habits.
- Address queries related to the CA curriculum, exam structure, and practical training requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest CA syllabus updates and provide accurate academic guidance.
- Organize and facilitate mock exams under realistic exam conditions.
- Provide constructive feedback on mock exam performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Mentor students on career paths and professional development related to the CA qualification.
- Collaborate with other mentors and faculty for continuous program enrichment.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and mentoring activities.

Qualifications
- Must be a Part- or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), or fully qualified.
- Strong conceptual knowledge across core CA subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners effectively.
- Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus, though freshers with strong subject expertise may be considered.SimplyHiredJobaaj
