As a Business Strategist, your role is to uncover business challenges and shape how design can drive meaningful outcomes. This isn’t about pitching pre-packaged solutions; it’s about connecting the dots between design, business goals, and long-term impact. You’ll work across industries and verticals, helping prospects see how Onething can add strategic value, whether it's improving user experience or enabling digital transformation.

- Identify, connect with, and convert new business opportunities.
- Translate complex business problems into clear design and digital solutions.
- Work closely with design leads to build pitch narratives and design strategy decks that bring ideas to life.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying untapped opportunities.
- Drive consultative conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
- Co-create go-to-market plans with the co-founder for entering new markets and industries, identifying whitespace and building meaningful client relationships.
- Stay sharp on digital trends, transformation journeys, and evolving CX expectations.
- 3–5 years in business strategies, partnerships, or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, CX, and transformation journeys.
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and the business context of design.
- Experience in B2B environments, especially across digital, design, or marketing/advertising domains.
- Good understanding of business acumen and business solutions.
- Consulting background or experience with strategic solutioning is a big plus.
