Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with organizational goals and functional requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create process blueprints, establishing key performance indicators, and ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. You will also engage in quality management reviews and educate stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs, ultimately driving application requirements and metrics effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcasting Media, Data Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing business process frameworks. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Broadcasting Media. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Specific undergraduate qualifications ie engineering computer science is required.
