About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator. The Business Execution Administrator position is responsible for providing compliance support for projects and initiatives with low to moderate risk to identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent potential fraudulent transactions (through customer impersonations, forgery & suspicious/unusual activity) and BSA/AML risk in business activities. Specifically, the Associate will analyze, and research risks escalated, referred or alerted on transactional fraud, potential negative news, sanctions or politically exposed person matches; research and provide Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence information; identify and research patterns, trends and anomalies in transactional and customer data to detect, prevent, mitigate and report unusual activity related to money laundering and terrorist financing.

In this role, you will:
- Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
- Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors
- Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
- Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
- 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Fraud & Claims Operations experience on Banking products
- Knowledge in US Home Lending Domain, specifically HELOCs
- Prior experience with AML Investigations, EDD Reviews, Fraud Investigations, customer/transactional activity research, domain knowledge within banking
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret data
- Strong Analytical skills
- Identify patterns, anomalies, trends and analyze findings to determine extent of suspicious or unusual activity and level of risk
- Financial crimes experience, including the knowledge and understanding of identity theft threats
- Ability to identify potential operational issues and/or control gaps
- Experience using the following systems: HOGAN, SHAW, MSP, ECAR, CIV, PREVENT, OIB, CCN, FDR, ICMP, or CORE, GSMOS etc.
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and Quick Learner
- Perform and Complete assigned tasks in accordance with performance standards
