Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate team. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Manage client inquiries, explain project details, and conduct property presentations.
- Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing and closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Maintain and update client databases, track sales progress, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (real estate industry experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings.
