Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to gather insights, and translating these insights into actionable plans that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring that the solutions provided are both effective and sustainable in the long term. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation that clearly outlines business requirements and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. - Experience in developing business cases that effectively justify project investments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
