Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Business Accounting Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, Tally, and Power BI with hands-on experience in the field. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing course materials, and ensuring students develop practical skills relevant to the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Business Accounting, Tally, GST, MS Excel, and Power BI.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Provide real-world case studies and practical assignments to enhance learning.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with latest accounting practices, taxation rules, and financial tools.
- Support in curriculum development and continuously improve training methodologies.
- Maintain training reports and ensure high student satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years of practical experience in accounting, finance, or training.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounting Principles & Standards
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- GST & Taxation
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- Power BI (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Preferred Attributes:
- Certification in Tally / Power BI / Financial Accounting.
- Prior experience as a Trainer or Faculty.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching.
