About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful BTL Vendor Sourcing Intern to help us identify and onboard vendors for one of our ongoing projects. The role involves active scouting of vendors through various online platforms and supporting them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source vendors using platforms like *Facebook Groups, Apna Jobs, WhatsApp hiring communities*, etc.
Reach out to potential vendors and explain the collaboration details.
Assist vendors with registration and basic onboarding processes.
Maintain records of vendor leads, conversations, and status updates.
Report daily/weekly progress to the internal team.
What We’re Looking For:*
Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
Familiarity with informal hiring platforms and social media groups.
Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
Prior experience in sourcing, recruitment, or vendor coordination is a bonus.
