About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand & Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, manage branding activities, and contribute to the overall marketing success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring brand compliance across internal and external materials
- Conduct regular brand audits and competitor benchmarking
- Support brand positioning and narrative building across campaigns
Campaign Execution
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, BTL/ATL)
- Coordinate with creative, media, and event agencies to deliver marketing collateral on time
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Content & Communication
- Support the creation of marketing content, including emailers, social media posts, blog content, and marketing decks
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets
- Assist in proofreading and editing marketing materials
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market and audience research to support strategy development
- Track consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement
Event & Activation Support
- Assist in organizing brand activations, events, and trade shows
- Manage branding requirements for internal and external events
- Coordinate logistics and vendor communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or related roles (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with marketing tools like Canva , HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar is a plus
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and design
- Passionate about branding, creativity, and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media strategy, and digital marketing metrics
- Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
- Interest in brand strategy, user behavior, and design trends
