Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Assist walk-in customers at the branch with product inquiries and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking/financial products.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Support the branch manager in day-to-day branch operations.
