Branch Manager - Field Operations
Your main responsibilities
- Control the implementation of sales and commercial policy in the Branch according to the established procedures.
- Promote, motivate, coordinate and direct the activities of the Branch, to deliver the Schindler objectives of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the development and execution of all works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of invoicing, activity, yield and quality of the works.
- Apply the company’s financial, quality and product safety, safety and health policies to all Branch activities according to the established procedures and guidelines.
- Control Branch expenses optimizing the management of Branch purchases and stocks in accordance with the Schindler India policies
What you bring
Expertise
Desired experience in positions leading teams with commercial and operational targets for at least five years.
Knowledge and Skills
Desired P&L Management knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills, Team and Business management skills, customer relationship management, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA (Preferred)
