The selected candidate is required to run a complete branch of BetterThink. The main responsibilities would include the following:
- Generating the best results in the area through excellent classroom quality
- Ensuring profitability of the branch
- Implementing the systems and plans designed by the H.O.
- Ensuring compliances with all the Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining an excellent reputation with students and the education fraternity
The successful candidate should have minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in similar line
