Job Description:
We are hiring 2 experienced Process Trainers for our Tata 1mg Customer Service – Sales Process based in Noida. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in BPO sales training and the ability to deliver high-quality onboarding and ongoing training to customer service agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product/process training for new joiners and existing team members.
- Deliver sales-focused training sessions to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and feedback.
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address skill gaps.
- Monitor calls and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement.
- Keep training content and process updates aligned with client expectations.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a trainer in a BPO sales process.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of customer handling and telesales techniques.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees in a learning environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
