*Boiler operator should have authorized license for operating the boiler
*Operator should have experience in both steam boiler and TFH thermic fluid oil boiler
* Responsible for overall operation of the boiler unit, maintaining the boiler required parameters to entire shift operation to ensure continuous production output.
*Maintaining the boiler log .Note the details of daily fuel consumption, receiving of fuel and boiler parameters are temperature, pressure .if any deviation in the parameters it should be highlighted to reporting authority.
*Ensure the stocking of fuel and keep minimum stock of fuel regularly
*Aware about the safety policies and procedure taking action in any unsafe is observed.
*Maintain good communication with other team members and to support for the smooth operations
*Knowledge on the operating condition of safety valves and pressure gauges
* Need awareness about chemicals which are using for feed water quality improvements
* Should be aware of boiler safety as per standard.
