BIM Modeler – Landscape, MEP

Software Proficiency: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler with comprehensive experience in landscape, MEP, and civil disciplines using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on modeling experience and a strong grasp of UAE project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across landscape, MEP, and civil engineering scopes

- Work closely with design and technical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards

- Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and generate construction documentation
*
- Contribute to BIM execution plans and follow project-specific workflows
*
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration across architecture, structural, and engineering teams
*
- Maintain model integrity, version control, and documentation protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in landscape BIM modeling using Revit
*
- Strong Revit proficiency for MEP and civil design coordination
*
- Demonstrated ability to work on UAE-based projects (added advantage)
*
- Understanding of regional construction and BIM standards
*
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
*
- B.E Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field
Preferred:
- UAE project portfolio or site exposure
*
- Familiarity with Navisworks or other BIM tools for analysis and coordination
*
- Knowledge of landscape standards and hardscape/softscape detailing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
