We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to join our wholesale operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wholesale billing, credit management, collections, and account handling. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and excellent organizational skills are essential.
Job Description
Generate and manage accurate invoices, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing issues. Coordinate with teams, handle billing inquiries, process returns/refunds, and maintain organized records
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in wholesale billing/accounts
- Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reports)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
