Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive high-ticket service sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with potential clients in the Bengali-speaking market.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Presentation and Demonstration:
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Showcase the unique value propositions of our neurodevelopmental services.
- Relationship Building:
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand their concerns and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Provide insights on client preferences and market demands.
- Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a high-ticket sales closer, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with neurodevelopmental services or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving market trends and client needs.
