Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail/showroom sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
