Job Title: Business Development Executive – Telesales
Location: Noida
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions/products
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) – Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of telesales or inside sales experience
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Skills:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools)
