Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing EdTech team during the night shift. You will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in international markets (especially the US/UK). If you are a strong communicator with a sales mindset and are comfortable working night hours, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective students or clients through calls, emails, and live chats.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or learning programs.
- Drive enrollments and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and update CRM systems regularly.
- Conduct online demos, webinars, or consultations with potential customers.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve pitch strategies and customer experience.
- Gather market insights and provide feedback on product offerings and user behavior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Night shift
