Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate batching plant equipment to mix raw materials accurately.
- Monitor the quality of materials and ensure correct proportions for paver block production.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment around the batching area.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on batching equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Record and report production data, including material usage and output quantities.
