- Handle day-to-day banking transactions and operational processes
- Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer queries and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and reports for transactions and operational activities
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and basic financial analysis tasks
- Assist in the processing of loans, deposits, fund transfers, and other financial services
