- Working in ATM Monitoring (24*7)
- Dispatch the FLM and SLM calls to the concern FLM (Executive) for make machine operational.
- Incident Management
- Taking follow-ups on pending calls & call closure.
- Handling all kinds of query (customer/Flm), escalation calls etc.
- To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them
- All emails reply on time to customer as well as seniors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
