Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize company documents and records.
- Handle correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Data Management:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases or software systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on data analysis.
- Documentation:
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Verify and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordination:
- Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the front office by providing necessary data or insights.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
- IT & Technical Support: (if applicable)
- Handle basic troubleshooting of office systems and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of office hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in a back office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
