Job Description:
The Backoffice Executive will be responsible for managing office tasks, maintaining records, supporting the sales and operations teams, and ensuring smooth internal communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and files
- Handle documentation related to sales, purchases, and inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Manage communication via email and phone
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in backoffice or administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
