We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team for managing operations related to Vittiya Education Loan processing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth documentation, data management, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and verify loan application documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update the database of education loan applicants.
- Coordinate with front-office staff and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor and track loan processing timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loan processing activities.
- Respond to queries from applicants regarding the status of their education loan.
- Support the team in streamlining and improving operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
