Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform data entry and maintain client databases
- Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, faxes)
- Process orders, invoices, payments, and manage office inventory
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and scheduling internal meetings
- Handle basic customer queries and uphold company policies and procedures
