Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, customize, and maintain ZOHO CRM to support business operations.
* Automate workflows, create reports, and manage dashboards.
* Import, clean, and manage customer data for accuracy and efficiency.
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve sales and customer service processes.
* Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
* Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications :
* Understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
* Knowledge of ZOHO ecosystem (ZOHO Books, ZOHO Desk, ZOHO Creator, etc.) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to generate reports and interpret CRM data insights.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
