We're passionate about creating memorable travel experiences for our clients, and we're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the face of our office.
Position: Receptionist
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of Website Development, Social Media Advertising
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, inquiries, and promotions
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Manage appointments, courier services, and general office communication
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Comfortable with making outbound calls
- High school diploma;
