MANDATORY SKILLS.
- MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Basic social media knowledge
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENT
- Assist and support the CRM team in their day-to-day operations.
- Assist and coordinate with the client servicing team.
- Conduct SM audit, document, and report to the department.
- Support CRM team in handling and documenting client accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Correct discrepancies in Social Media responses.
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
- Maintain quality check of responses given by CRM team.
- Assisting client servicing manager with report generation and record keeping.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
