About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. The role involves handling administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation.
- Handle data entry, verification, and reporting.
- Support the front office and other departments with timely updates and information.
- Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and other business documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
