Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage inventory and coordinate with the inventory team.
Coordinate shipping with carriers, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance.
Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders and address issues.
Collaborate with customer service and other departments.
Maintain accurate data entry and records.
