Job Title: Back Office Executive – Data Entry (Poonawala LAP Process)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Back Office Executives (Male candidates only) for our Poonawala LAP process. This is a purely data entry & back-office role, requiring strong accounting knowledge and prior experience in CA firms, accounting firms, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry for the Loan Against Property (LAP) process.
- Review, verify, and maintain financial/accounting records.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
- Adhere to organizational compliance and process standards.
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Graduation is mandatory – B.Com, BAF, or BBI only.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in CA firm / Accounting firm / CA Inter appeared.
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & typing speed for data entry.

- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.

- Salary: 13000-16000
- Shift Timings (Rotational):
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
