About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product/service presentations and deliver value-based solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of consultative/solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in achieving targets.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹36,048.65 per month
