Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Ayurvedic products to retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for wellness and natural healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and meet sales targets in assigned territory
- Visit clients, retail stores, and pharmacies regularly
- Build relationships with distributors and stockists
- Promote product benefits and brand awareness
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in Ayurveda/FMCG/Pharma
- Willing to travel extensively
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
