We are looking for a skilled and responsible Automobile Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the workshop/service center. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, managing workflow, ensuring quality repair & maintenance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the automobile workshop/service center.
- Allocate work to mechanics/technicians and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.
- Inspect vehicles for quality checks before delivery to customers.
- Maintain records of service, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with the service manager and provide technical support.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile service or workshop supervision.
- Good knowledge of vehicle repair, servicing, and spare parts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (preferred).
