Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle, closing sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide in-depth information on available models, features, finance, and insurance options.
- Conduct test drives and highlight product advantages.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle documentation and coordinate with the finance and delivery teams.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive products, features, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events and dealership campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (automobile sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for automobiles
- Basic understanding of financing and insurance processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is a plus)
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
