ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design and execute automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver or Appium.- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions).- Debug issues and report defects using tools like JIRA.- Collaborate in Agile teams to define and execute test strategies.
Core Requriments
- Proficiency in Java with OOP concept and knowledge of JavaScript.- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.- Strong understanding of SQL for database testing.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good To Have
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.- Mobile testing experience with Appium or Espresso.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.- Awareness of security testing tools like OWASP ZAP.- Good amount of exposure to AI tools and AI first knowledge would be a plus.
