We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD & SketchUp Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in technical drafting and 3D modeling, with a good understanding of design principles, construction detailing, and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate 2D technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models and detailed design concepts using SketchUp
- Collaborate with the design and execution team on architectural and interior projects
- Prepare presentation drawings, renderings, and walkthroughs
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for project-related inputs
- Ensure compliance with design standards and guidelines
- Revise and update drawings as per client and team feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and other design tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred:
- Portfolio showcasing AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models
- Experience in exhibition, retail, or interior projects will be an added advantage
