We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scrum Master to support our development teams in optimizing delivery workflows, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintaining accurate team metrics. This role will serve as a bridge between scrum master, metrics reporting, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor Agile delivery structure within Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, etc. Monitor and enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items.
- Provide regular reporting and insights into leadership using ADO and Power BI.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, scrum master, or agile delivery, operational analyst role.
- Experience working in software development or technical environments
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with data tracking and visualization
- Working knowledge of building reports and dashboards for Azure Devops in PowerBI
- Understanding of Azure DevOps boards and agile tools
