We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teachers with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling Grade 1 and 2 students. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ individual learning needs.
- Conduct interactive classroom activities that promote active learning and student participation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and creativity.
- Plan and conduct daily art and craft activities to support creative development.
- Organize students into small groups to enhance social learning and collaborative skills.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and concerns.
- Address parent feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support lead teachers in daily classroom management and instructional activities.
Requirements:
- Prior teaching experience with Grade 1 and 2 students is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage young learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
