Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Jira Expert
We are looking for an experienced professional with Jira implementation expertise in creating Kanban and scrum boards
Responsibilities
• Brainstorm the components and hierarchy needed in the boards after understanding the structure of DS&O team and the kind of work each team does
• Suggest improvement ideas and brainstorm on what is working/not working for the team with the client
• Create and share automated reports that gives a clear idea on where and how time is being spent by the team (capacity planner)
• Clients’ expectation is to see innovative visuals/story telling - cumulative charts, team velocity, canned charts
• Become a trusted working partner for the stakeholder, understanding the problem currently being faced and develop efficient solutions for it – proactiveness and responsiveness is key to this role
• Drive adoption of JIRA within the DS&O team and eventually for the complete I&A team (if the resource and Abheer are successful in convincing management and justifying the need for it)
• Work closely with team leads and understand their team structure, ways of working and utilization
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/MBA
• Hands on experience of working with Jira creating Kanban and Scrum boards
• Ability to understand client requirements around Jira implementation and reporting
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Ability to work proactively to understand client requirements
• Good communication skills
