- Design Development:Assist in developing new collections, including researching trends, sourcing materials, and creating mood boards and sketches.
- Sample and Production:Oversee the creation of samples and prototypes, ensuring they align with design specifications and manage the production process.
- Technical Skills:Be proficient in design software, pattern-making, and garment construction techniques.
- Coordination:Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and production.
- Trend Research:Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and market demands.
- Organization:Maintain an organized design studio, manage fabric samples, and keep track of design specifications.
