Your Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect based in Mumbai to lead presales and solutioning for large, strategic outsourcing deals (TCV $20Mn+). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application and multi-tower outsourcing, with a strong track record in crafting innovative, client-centric solutions.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs/RFIs including delivery models, transformation roadmaps, and commercials
- Develop governance structures, staffing models, service levels, and enabling tools
- Drive proposal defense, BAFO, and contract negotiation support
- Maintain a win/down-selection rate of 60%+ and high utilization (>85%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build differentiated value propositions
- Contribute to solutioning best practices and internal capability building
Your Profile
- 12+ years in IT services with strong solution architecture experience across technologies
- Extensive presales experience in AMS and multi-tower outsourcing
- Strong understanding of estimation, pricing models, and commercial constructs
- Broad tech exposure: SAP, Custom Apps, Digital, GenAI
- Familiarity with DevOps, SAFE Agile, and transformation frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Prior experience with MNCs or Tier-1 IT service providers
- Certifications like ITILv3, PMP, or PRINCE2 (preferred)
