We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and skilled Arts & Craft Teacher to inspire young minds and promote artistic expression among students. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual arts and crafts, an understanding of child development, and the ability to integrate creative activities with CBSE curriculum requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate art and craft lessons for students across different grade levels
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and appreciation for various art forms
- Prepare students for art exhibitions, inter-school competitions, and celebrations
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment with necessary art supplies
- Evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments and constructive feedback
- Integrate art projects with other subjects to enhance interdisciplinary learning
- Organize displays of student work to promote school culture and visual communication
- Contribute to school events and festivals with decorative and thematic artwork
- Maintain inventory of materials and ensure efficient usage
- Train the students for inter-school competitions
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Art Education or equivalent
- B.Ed preferred (as per CBSE norms)
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is an advantage
- Familiarity with CBSE art curriculum and assessment guidelines

- Knowledge of diverse art techniques, traditional Indian crafts, and modern media
